Job Description

Must-Have Skills

• End User Computing (EUC) operations with L1, L2, and L3 support.
• Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and device management.
• Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) identity and access management.
• Endpoint security including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access.

Secondary (Nice-to-Have Skills Not Mandatory)

• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Application packaging (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin).
• Patch management and CAB processes.
• Microsoft 365 application support.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on audit readiness.
