Role Overview

• Experienced Epicor APS Consultant responsible for implementing and optimizing Advanced Planning & Scheduling solutions to improve production planning, capacity utilization, machine scheduling, and manufacturing efficiency within Epicor ERP environments.
• Exp- Around 8 years_
• Tool: Epicor ERP/APS

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epicor APS for production planning and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain finite-capacity production schedules based on machine, labor, and material constraints.
• Analyze and optimize work orders, routings, BOMs, and resource allocation to improve throughput.
• Perform what-if scenario planning to evaluate production changes and disruptions.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and operations teams to improve schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
• Monitor capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and production performance, recommending continuous improvements.
• Support APS master data management including calendars, resources, work centers, routings, and inventory parameters.
• Provide user training, testing, and post-implementation support for planning and scheduling processes.
