we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. Roles/Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing tests on technical solutions to isolate and solve issues. Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SCDHHS test processes and SDLC tools
  • Demonstrate ability to translate functional and technical requirements and technical designs into test cases
  • Develop and execute functional and technical test cases under the direction of test leads and senior testers
  • Create and maintain SDLC traceability from test cases to requirements and designs/software components; Assist in generation of requirement traceability matrices
  • Participate in defect triage, retest, and resolution
  • Create quality assurance documentation and reports as required

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Education- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, healthcare or related field. Years of experience can substitute for formal education.
  2. 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
  3. 2+ years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
  4. 3+ years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes

Preferred Skills

  1. Certification- Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable.
  2. 2 years' experience with large enterprise or e-business systems
  3. 3 years' experience using QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar
  4. 3 years prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & in an AGILE delivery
  5. Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable
  6. Develop and execute test cases; Clearly communicate and document test status and defects identified
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication sk
