Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition across banks, NBFCs, and fintech organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience selling fintech infrastructure, digital banking solutions, KYC/compliance products, API platforms, lending solutions, or payment infrastructure and possess strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new banking, NBFC, and fintech clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CTOs, Product Heads, Business Heads, Compliance Leaders, and Procurement Teams.

• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial discussions.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver customer requirements.

• Develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and partnership agreements. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Fintech Sales.

• Strong experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, KYC, compliance, or API-based solutions. • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients.

• Strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem and banking procurement cycles.

• Existing relationships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech organizations are highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
