Sephora is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven data and reporting products supporting Supply Chain and Enterprise Analytics. The role will drive the development of intelligent, scalable data products that enable faster business insights, self-service analytics, and AI-powered decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Supply Chain reporting and analytics platforms.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into product specifications and Jira user stories.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption and business value.
- Drive data governance, documentation, and data quality initiatives.
- Promote AI-enabled analytics and self-service reporting capabilities across business teams.
- Evaluate and implement modern AI-powered analytics solutions including Databricks Genie, ThoughtSpot Spotter, Copilot, and Claude.
- Translate reporting requirements into Tableau and ThoughtSpot engineering specifications.
- Establish scalable product management processes, templates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Enterprise Data, Analytics, or Reporting platforms.
- Strong experience managing data products, BI/reporting solutions, and analytics initiatives.
- Experience working with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Databricks, Jira, and modern cloud data platforms.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, and data governance principles.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Copilot, Claude, Databricks Genie, or similar technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and roadmap planning skills.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Retail, or Enterprise Analytics domains is highly preferred.
