Job Title: OutSystems Lead / Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled OutSystems Lead/Architect with strong expertise in OutSystems 11 (O11) and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications while driving technical excellence and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of OutSystems applications.
• Develop and support enterprise web and mobile applications using OutSystems O11 and ODC.
• Design and implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring development teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 6 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems O11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Proven experience developing enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Strong experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth).
• Solid understanding of application architecture, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems certifications (Professional, Expert, or Architecture).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience leading distributed or remote development teams.
