Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Consultant - Technical Designer/Technical Developer to join our team. Candidates should have a strong background playing a technical role in Oracle OUAF and product experience in Oracle CC&B, OR C2M, OR CCS or MDM. The role requires at least 5 years of experience as a CC&B Technical Designer and Developer, with additional knowledge of OIC considered beneficial.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret solution design documents for product customizations and suggest valid technical solutions.
• Build, test and deploy technical solutions in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS.
• Prepare technical test cases for unit testing.
• Guide junior developers.
• Support the infrastructure team with environment patching, code deployment and application security configuration.
• Act as a technical team player and assist the project team with any technical issues that arise during the project.

Essential Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Oracle OUAF framework and configuration tools, including hands on experience in batch programming, algorithm design, UI maps, BO/MO, change handlers, service scripts, business scripts, BPA scripts, application services, and user exits (Java/HTML/JSP/XML) and web services development.
• At least 4 years of experience with one of the following products: Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, or MDM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience per year of education may be considered.
• 5+ years of total IT industry experience.
• Experience with at least 1-2 full cycle implementations for a utility (power/water) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS.
• Ability to lead independent discussions and workshops with clients in large complex transformation programs.
• Strong client facing communication and presentation skills.
