The Role • Lead and inspire a team at the fresh food counter, acting as a role model and implementing sales concepts. • Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Drive customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and excellent service. • Independently implement initiatives to boost sales and enhance the customer experience. • Oversee all aspects of counter management, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and product flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a similar role. • Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for freshness and quality. • A solutions-oriented, results-driven approach with a commitment to task completion. • Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday.
