Mechanical Project Manager

My Client is a Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor working within the Commercial Office fit out sector. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical PM, capable of taking projects from inception to completion. Project values from £100k to £1M and experience of HVAC installation on office fit out essential.

Ideally HNC/HND qualification in Mechanical Building Services, SMSTS card holder.<br />Experience with technical submitals, RAMS, management of sub-contractors, commercial awarness and commissioning / hand over.

The ability to take projects from start to finish.<br />There is an opportunity to develop a long standing career within the business as it continues to grow, leading to Senior PM, Contracts Manager opportunities.
