Software Engineering Manager - Cloud Data Platforms

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for its Hyperscale Line of Business to lead teams building cloud-native, data-intensive platforms for enterprise clients. You will design and deliver scalable services on AWS/Azure/GCP, guide architecture for analytics and AI workloads, and ensure reliability, performance, and security. Partner closely with data engineers, architects, and client stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices in an agile, learning-focused culture that values experimentation, ownership, and sustainable high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers delivering hyperscale, cloud-native data platforms.
• Define and own technical architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable services.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and clients to translate requirements into solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and Dev
• Ops standards.
• Drive delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.
• Partner with leadership on roadmap planning, capacity, and prioritization for the hyperscale line of business.
