Overview

The Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst will bridge business and technology teams, supporting Salesforce enhancements from discovery through implementation. This role requires strong business analysis, Salesforce configuration, product/project management, and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder discovery.
• Define requirements and develop solution options.
• Partner with architecture and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, workflows, layouts, and non-code changes.
• Manage implementation, testing, deployment, training, and rollout activities.
• Ensure solutions follow governance and architecture standards.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, configuration, testing, and decision-traceability documentation.
• Independently manage initiatives from intake through completion.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• Strong business analysis, product management, and project management experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering and BRD/FRD documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within SDLC processes.
• Highly self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Strong professional maturity and proven ability to drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
