The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily work schedules. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover, offering expert advice. • Manage invoicing, handle customer payments, and coordinate incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience, with a background as a Master Mechanic, Auto Mechatronics Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Bodywork Builder. • Willingness to undergo a skills and knowledge test or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • Valid driver's license (Class B). • Proficiency in German and basic computer skills. • Strong customer and service orientation with good communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
