In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering solution architecture leadership, governance, and planning for DSI technology (i.e. Digital Systems Integration, e.g. the technologies, platforms, and services used to integrate applications, data, and systems across the enterprise) within Transport for NSW, ensuring systems are efficient, rationalised, best-in-class, and aligned to enterprise architecture and business strategy.

This role will see you provide end-to-end architectural leadership across systems, products and platforms, partnering with business, product owners and technical stakeholders to shape current and future-state solutions.

You will define and maintain enterprise-aligned frameworks, drive system integration and rationalisation, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value in a complex and fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

You will pioneer improved ways of working across architecture and information management, enabling greater efficiency, reduced complexity, and more consistent, scalable solutions across the organisation.

Your strong background in solution or enterprise architecture, systems analysis, and stakeholder engagement-formed across large-scale, complex technology environments (such as transport, government, or enterprise IT)-will see you excel in defining target states, guiding delivery, and enabling strategic outcomes. You are recognised as a systems thinker, skilled at translating business needs into robust architectural solutions, experienced in governing standards, frameworks and technology roadmaps, and adept at navigating competing priorities in a delivery-focused environment to achieve efficient, future-ready outcomes.
