Job description

Engineering Manager – FMCG Business | Surrey

We're looking for an Engineering Manager for at a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site in Surrey.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day engineering activities across the site, including:

  • PPMs and planned maintenance
  • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
  • Maintaining machinery and equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Supporting and leading a small engineering team

The site covers both mechanical and electrical engineering, so you'll need to be confident working across both disciplines.

We're looking for a qualified, multi-skilled engineering leader with manufacturing experience. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a new challenge in a smaller site, or someone ready to take the next step in their career with a growing business.
