Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional with expertise in Inclusive Finance, Financial Inclusion, MSME Finance, Development Finance, Access to Credit, and Government/Development Advisory. The role involves leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, conducting research and impact assessments, and working with governments, financial institutions, multilateral agencies, and donor organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements in Inclusive Finance and Development Advisory.
  • Manage projects related to Financial Inclusion, MSME Finance, Access to Credit, Rural Finance, Digital Financial Services, Agricultural Finance, and Livelihood Finance.
  • Conduct primary & secondary research, market assessments, policy evaluations, financial sector diagnostics, and impact assessments.
  • Design Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks and prepare high-quality reports, strategy papers, policy documents, and presentations.
  • Engage with Central & State Governments, Regulators, Banks, DFIs, Multilateral Agencies, and Donor Organizations.
  • Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, surveys, and field research.
  • Manage consulting teams, mentor junior members, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support business development by preparing EOIs, technical proposals, bid documents, and client presentations.


Preferred Experience:

  • 8-12 years in Consulting, Development Finance, Public Policy, Financial Services Advisory, or Development Consulting.
  • Experience working with Governments, Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, or Multilateral Organizations.
