Solar Panel Cleaner

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Solar Panel Cleaning Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning residential and commercial solar panel systems while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial solar panels using professional equipment and techniques.
• Safely operate water-fed poles, brushes, hoses, and purified water systems.
• Follow established safety procedures when working on rooftops, ladders, and elevated surfaces.
• Inspect panels for visible dirt buildup, damage, and potential maintenance concerns.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized upon completion.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to work safely in hot weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights when properly trained and equipped.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and equipment instructions.
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Previous cleaning, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus.
• Non-abrasive brush / ladder / Spot free water / transportation
