we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and configuration, including iOS platforms. 3 years
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar). 3 years
- Ability to provide effective end-user support with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. 3 years
- Strong organizational skills for managing device scheduling, tracking, and handoffs. 3 years
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while providing excellent customer service. 3 years
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to IT security practices. 3 years
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience with large-scale device deployment projects.
- Knowledge of County or government IT operations, policies, and security standards.
- Familiarity with device lifecycle management and e-cycling processes
