🎯 Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years in Payments, Product Ownership, or FinTech
• ACH & Wire Transfers expertise (production experience required)
• Product Owner/Manager experience in Payments or Money Movement
• RTP (Real-Time Payments) OR payment rails architecture knowledge
• U.S. Financial Institution background (banks, credit unions, payment processors)
• End-to-end payment workflows understanding
• APIs & payment integrations technical knowledge
• User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & PRDs (product discipline)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Engineering collaboration skills

💼 What You''ll Do

• Own payment product roadmap and strategy
• Write user stories and drive backlog prioritization
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams
• Manage payment rail initiatives from concept to production
