Sr Application Developer

Job Description:
Requires programming skills, involved in the development of software applications. Knowledge of programming languages to develop necessary specifications for the software by following the technical designs. In specific cases, knowledgeable on Agile/iterative development methodologies will be required (and called out).

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Skills10+ years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period), Including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain - Min Education - Bachelors degree in technology, Masters preferred

Desired Skills
• Strong in Java development, J2EE, experience in spring ecosystem and microservices architecture
• Strong in Design patterns, integrating systems
• Proven experience in building scalable applications, RESTful APIs
• Experience with GenAI based SDLC development. Code generation and testing using co-pilot or Amazon Q.

Plus:
• Demonstrate any Automation skills that led to efficiency, productivity, quality improvement etc.
• AWS or other cloud platform skills
• GenAI certification or course work
