The Role • Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical production equipment. • Analysis and optimization of plant functions and PLC programs (Siemens S7). • Involvement in new installations, modifications, and technical improvement projects. • Execution of preventive maintenance to ensure plant availability. • Collaboration with production, technical departments, and external service providers. • Requires willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system, including weekends. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent in Automation Technology, Industrial Electrician, Electrical Installation Fitter, or a comparable qualification. • Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC programming with Siemens S7. • Understanding of electrical and mechanical automation and conveying technology. • High awareness of safety and quality, with strong manual dexterity. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
