Client Services Executive

Our client, a leading global legal services firm, is looking for an Account Client Executive to join their growing Leeds team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client services, account management, commercial administration or project coordination who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You'll support a portfolio of international clients, acting as the key link between clients, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure matters are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing international client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Producing reports and analysing data.
• Managing billing and resolving client queries.
• Identifying process improvements and delivering exceptional client service.

About You

You'll have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
