We are seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This role combines customer service, project coordination, administration, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong client relationships, and keeping projects running smoothly.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
- Coordinate project workflows from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, work instructions, and supporting administrative records.
- Create and issue customer quotations using established pricing structures.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are progressed efficiently.
- Track project updates and communicate any changes or delays to customers.
- Support procurement and stock management activities where required.
- Assist with planning and coordinating resource requirements for ongoing projects.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to workload planning and prioritisation.
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a client services, project coordination, customer service, account management, or administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a busy environment.
- Good numerical skills and confidence preparing quotations and processing information accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support wider business activities.
