Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Client: Investment management company

Location: Austin, TX (all 5 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to help design, build, and support strategic CRM initiatives focused on the Dynamics 365 Sales platform.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Dynamics 365 certifications.
2. Experience leading CRM projects and mentoring developers.
3. Knowledge of sales, client servicing, and customer engagement processes.
4. Experience building AI-powered CRM experiences using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse solutions.
• Build plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools, including Copilot Studio, and other AI coding assistants, to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.
• Contribute to CRM architecture, best practices, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Support multiple CRM initiatives across sales, servicing, and business operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
