Role: Analytics/AI Translator

Location: Remote – USA (EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities

•     Identify and prioritize high-value business problems that can be addressed through analytics and AI.

•     Translate business needs into analytics use cases and product opportunities.

•     Bridge business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and developers to shape end-to-end solutions.

•     Drive solution adoption, change management, and value realization across the business.

•     Apply strong Customer Solutions and Supply Chain domain knowledge to identify opportunities and influence business decisions.

•     Collaborate with technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•     Strong understanding of data concepts, including OLAP.

•     Conceptual understanding of analytics and AI techniques such as deep learning and logistic regression, and their appropriate business applications.

•     Ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems addressable through analytics and AI.

•     Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics use cases and product opportunities.

•     Strong communication skills to bridge business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and developers.

•     Experience driving solution adoption, change management, and value realization.

•     Strong Customer Solutions and/or Supply Chain domain knowledge.

Nice to Have

Candidates do not necessarily need to be hands-on production analytics developers, but should have a strong conceptual understanding of analytics, AI, and data.
