Service Designer
Location: London / Remote (United Kingdom)

Duration: 6 months +

Candidates must be UK Nationals with at least 5 years UK residency and either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC/BPSS clearance.

What you'll be doing:
Support a programme of work focused on better managing content management across the department
Design and improve service experiences within a transformation environment
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and communicate design decisions clearly
Bring service design thinking to complex problems, helping teams move from insight to actionable improvements
Contribute practical AI knowledge and/or experience to inform how services could be enhanced

What you'll bring:
Service design experience with a strong grounding in service-thinking and user-centred outcomes
Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders across different groups
Ability to work effectively in complex transformation environments
UK National status, with a minimum of 5 years UK residency
AI knowledge and/or practical experience
