AI Lead / Architect (W2 Role)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead/ Architect to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for AI/ML initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software/AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong experience as an AI Architect, AI Lead, ML Architect, or GenAI Architect.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI/cloud services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Excellent communication, architecture, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
