Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Deployment & Release Engineering
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ - Hybrid

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Deployment & Release Engineering with 10+ years of experience to support core banking and product/pricing platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of experience
Core Tech: Java / Spring Boot familiarity; Microsoft Azure; AKS; Kubernetes; Docker
Container & Deployment: Docker image onboarding, scanning, versioning and deployment; container registries; Helm charts; Argo CD; GitOps
CI/CD & Release: CI/CD automation; Azure DevOps / GitHub; environment promotion across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and Production; deployment verification; rollback and recovery
Operations & Observability: Secrets and certificates management; logging; monitoring; dashboards; alerts; observability; troubleshooting; root-cause analysis; issue resolution; incident support and SRE enablement
AI Tooling: AI-assisted coding and troubleshooting is required
Methodology: Experience delivering in Agile / Scaled Agile environments required - including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, PI planning, dependency management and cross-functional POD collaboration.
Domain: Banking experience is preferred.
