This role offers the opportunity to shape the AI strategy for critical revenue operations within a large, established organization. The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, aligning with organizational goals for efficiency and revenue optimization. • Drive the development of AI-powered tools to streamline sales, quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify and implement AI automation opportunities. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and ROI of AI implementations on Lead to Cash processes. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities. • Champion thought leadership in AI best practices and ethical implementation within revenue operations. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and AI/ML technologies. • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management for AI products, including governance and monitoring. • Expertise in change management for AI adoption and driving AI literacy within teams.
