Project Manager/Scrum Master (Healthcare exp)

Role:- Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location:- Remote

Must haves:

• Needs someone to manage multiple work streams at once
• Needs someone to drive a project from start to end
• Experience working on projects focused on software development – working with owners/new initiatives/no specific technologies
• Understand the architecture/work with product to drive strategy on milestone planning/scrum planning/spring level planning
• Someone’s work ethic will be huge for these. He kept expressing how he really needs folks to be driven/can be proactive
• Hint: More product oriented/arriving through work with engineering teams/technology organization, methodology is more scrum approach
• Ability to work with both application team – technical knowledge will be a plus here:
• Fundamental PM skills & the ability to ask strong questions/flush out dependencies
• Help drive project plans/assist with discovery/highlight risks
• Healthcare experience is a plus

• NEEDS: The ability to bring people together and solve issues/schedule calls/not wait/take ownership as you are responsible for the delivery. Coordinate triage calls if there are issues.
