IT Analyst I/II (Radio Services)

The Information Technology Department (Telecommunications Division) is seeking two radio system professionals to join a collaborative team. These roles involve overseeing the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of various communication systems that support the County’s public safety and internal operations.

To be considered for more than one level, separate applications are required for each recruitment.

Information Technology Analyst I – #2026-15715-01

Information Technology Analyst II – #2026-15716-01

These positions manage and maintain Placer County’s public safety communications systems, including digital and analog radio, microwave networks, PSAPs, dispatch centers, and SCADA systems. They also collaborate with service providers, vendors, and County customers to troubleshoot and optimize systems while overseeing projects, vendor relationships, and customer service.
