Product Manager Anforderungsmanagement (m/w/d)

The Role

• Take ownership of software components for medical information systems to develop user-friendly solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities and drive data-informed product development.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and strategic goals to maintain an effective product roadmap.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, conduct product reviews, and develop pricing strategies to increase market share and profitability.

What You'll Need

• Several years of professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within health-IT or clinical data, with a proven track record of launching digital solutions.
• A university degree in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Design Sprints.
• Strong analytical skills, a passion for creative problem-solving, and the ability to translate the needs of medical professionals into successful product strategies.
• Fluency in both German and English.
