Job Description

AI Developer Document Intelligence & Validation, Hybrid

We have an immediate need for an experienced AI Developer with strong expertise in Document Intelligence, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI/ML, OCR, PDF parsing, document extraction, validation, and comparison capabilities to modernize Middle Office authorization workflows.

This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC with 3 days onsite for a candidate with experience in AI/ML or Intelligent Automation and hands-on expertise in Document AI/IDP platforms, OCR, PDF Parsing, Document Scraping, Template-Based Extraction, AI/LLM-Based Extraction, Structured and Unstructured Document Processing, Confidence Scoring, Rule-Based Validation, Semantic Comparison, Fuzzy Matching, and Data Verification.
