Job Description

The role and the team

As a Senior AI Product Manager (all genders), you'll help drive the vision for Lucanet's Intelligence Core and Lume and turn it into trusted, high-impact features for finance teams who cannot afford wrong answers. AI is already central to Lucanet, and the Intelligence Core and Lume, the shared AI capability our products and agents build on, is among the most advanced in the industry.

You'll work in a small, highly talented AI product team and coordinate AI initiatives across R&D, alongside Engineering, Delivery, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams. You lead through influence rather than formal authority. The team values pragmatic, collaborative people who stay comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working at the fast-moving edge of AI. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Lucanet's Intelligence Core and Lume, our shared AI capability.
  • Prioritize AI features with data-driven frameworks, tie each to a business outcome, and review adoption after launch.
  • Own the AI evaluation strategy, offline with curated datasets and benchmarks and online with live production quality signals.
  • Define and mature LLMOps best practices across the agent and product lifecycle, and centralize AI product reporting.
  • Run customer discovery and early-access programs with working prototypes to validate solutions before committing to a path.
  • Coordinate AI initiatives across R&D and align Product, Engineering, Delivery, and go-to-market teams.
  • Track the AI frontier, including models, research, tooling, and competitor launches, and turn it into concrete opportunities.
  • Contribute to AI pricing and packaging and enable Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success with value-proposition briefs.

You'll report into the Product AI leadership team.

What you bring

You have

  • Owned the roadmap and lifecycle of an enterprise software product, from discovery to launch, using customer discovery and product analytics to reach measurable business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, agents, agentic harness, prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning vs. prompting trade-offs), with depth in at least one area such as Agent UX, LLMOps, or AI evaluation.
  • Track the AI frontier (new model releases, research, tooling, techniques) and quickly judge what matters for finance use cases.
  • Use LLMs and AI tools daily, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, to change how you work and turn ideas into working demos in hours.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative, low-ego mindset: you're comfortable with ambiguity, lead through influence without formal authority, and keep learning at the fast-moving edge of AI.
  • Advanced English (C1).

It's a plus if you also have

  • A genuine passion for AI: you experiment with new models and tools, follow the field closely (papers, releases, communities), and form your own views on where it's heading.

Perks at work

  • Flexible and hybrid working: our Lucaflex model lets you plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities.
  • Remote work from another country: Work up to 90 days a year outside your home country, supported by our partner Workflex.
  • Professional development budget: Get dedicated time, resources and budget to build the skills for your career path.
  • Structured development process: quarterly catch-ups with your manager, built on clear expectations for impact, competence and influence.
  • Paid volunteer days: Take the time to volunteer, alone or with your team, for causes you care about.
  • Health and wellbeing support: Access company wellbeing programs, sport subsidies and mental health support through external partners.
  • Paid vacation days: Take 28 days a year to rest, travel and recharge.
  • Private health insurance: Access private health insurance coverage.
  • Group life assurance: Financial protection for your loved ones, provided at no cost to you.
  • Pension support: Build your retirement savings with employer pension contributions.
