The Role

• Understand and sell pest control products and services to diverse industries.
• Identify customer needs and make strategic recommendations for pest prevention and safety.
• Build trusted relationships with clients as an essential partner in protecting their businesses.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections and explain proposed solutions clearly and confidently.
• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, for sales agreements and organisation.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a pesticide license (company sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including using ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training is provided; sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity in all client and coworker interactions.

• Estimated annual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000 USD (base plus uncapped commission).
