Role: Project Manager III

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Duties:

Job Description Change Management Project Manager/Business Analyst

Act as a Project Manager & subject matter expert for the Change Management Department. The PM/BA will be expected to run small/medium/large sized projects with focus on change management support for Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). A strong knowledge in Project Management, and Business Analysis is required to support Change Management Team, and all partners of CM (Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, etc.).

This role will report to the Head of US Change Management and will be accountable for the core responsibilities identified below. This role will partner with a functional sponsor as well as various functional stakeholders. This role will require the leadership and coordination of various resources and the delivery of new process, procedures, and technology.

Core Responsibilities:

* Working with functional Operations leads and IT development to define approaches, requirements and testing.

* Objectives planning, defining scope and deliverables.

* Budget development and tracking.

* Project plan development including activity planning, sequencing and resource management.

* Oversee the creation and approval of core project documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, user acceptance testing.

Skills:

* Project Management Proficiency & Business Analysis Proficiency.

* Experience with Broadridge, Bloomberg and NTier.

* Must be a strong writer and communicator with experience writing BRDs and FRDs.

* Assist in testing phases to write test strategy, plans and test cases as well as documentation.

* Experience working with various Broker/Dealer products including Equities, Fixed Income Products, Repos/Reverse Repo, and Securities Lending.

* Prior experience within the Regulatory Reporting space (FINRA & TRACE).

* Prior experience managing vendors highly desirable.

* Ability to present well and communicate clearly.

* Ability to work across departments including IT, Operations and various Front and Back Offices.

Job Proficiencies:

* Experience with delivering securities-based initiatives including but not limited to business-driven initiatives such as building out prime brokerage, desk portfolio expansion and new product launches.

* Transaction reporting to FINRA/SEC such as CAT, TRACE, and ESMA regulatory reporting, i.e. SFTR.

* Product-related experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Repo, Derivatives, and SBL (Stock Borrow Loan) is a plus.

Education:

* University level education.

* PMO certifications a plus.
