The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and comprehensive vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support and ensure member satisfaction. • Manage a variety of tasks including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis. • Operate a company vehicle, starting and ending your day from home. • Uphold the company's reputation for reliability and excellent service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work. • A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
