Roadside Vehicle Technician | Worcester, United Kingdom | On-site | £36,400 base salary OTE £61,000

Are you an experienced technician looking to join a trusted and innovative leader in roadside assistance? We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide expert repair and diagnostic services, ensuring members receive prompt and reliable support across the UK. This role offers a dynamic environment where your skills and customer service abilities make a real difference.

The Role

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and comprehensive vehicle diagnostics.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Manage a variety of tasks including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis.
  • Operate a company vehicle, starting and ending your day from home.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for reliability and excellent service.

What You'll Need

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
  • A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
