Working on one of their core products, as a Senior Back-end Engineer you will own the design, quality, and delivery of back-end systems and services working with Node.js primarily. Fast-moving, streamlined interview process (2 stages) no technical tests. What You'll Do The Senior Engineer will technically Lead and mentor more junior back-end engineers. Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Work with product and engineering teams to shape technical solutions. Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. What We're Looking For You'll have deep commercial experience in back-end development (Node.js and server-side JavaScript). You'll have a strong background in scalable, server-side architecture. Experience delivering services at scale. Comfortable working in agile teams. Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
