Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate
Location: South Portland, ME - 100% Onsite 
Pay Range:  $21/hr on W2 

Job Details: 

  • Assist in the development and submission of product registration documentation
  • Coordinate and prepare regulatory submission packages and reports
  • Maintain and update global product listings, licenses, and registrations
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support regulatory strategy, risk management, and compliance initiatives

Skills 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a teams
