100% Remote (USA) · 6-month contract · 2–20 years of experience

We’re looking for a customer service representative who can support customers with financial accounts, retirement plans, and life insurance. The role requires clear communication, careful handling of transactions, and the ability to resolve customer issues across rotational shifts.

What you’ll bring

    • 2–20 years of customer service experience in one or more of these areas:

      • Financial services

      • Banking

      • Retirement services

      • Life insurance

    • 401(k) retirement plans or life insurance policies/products is relevant.
