About the Role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). The Junior .NET Developer will work collaboratively with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems and contribute to the development and delivery of reliable software solutions. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale .NET application.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities.
• Support multi-source data integration and deduplication.
• Analyze trends and patterns within complex datasets.
• Develop queries and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to user interface design and development.
• Support mobile application development.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems. Minimum Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Final DoD Secret security clearance.
• 2+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including work with highly available national security systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.
• Experience analyzing trends and patterns and developing queries and reports.
• Experience with user interface design and development.
• Hands-on working knowledge of the .NET Framework.
• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
