Senior Product Manager – Wealth Management

Role: Senior Product Manager- wealth Management

Location: Irvine, CA – 4 days onsite per week (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Translate complex wealth management business requirements into clear product capabilities, workflows, user stories, and technical delivery requirements.
• Work with data across clients, households, accounts, positions, transactions, cash flows, performance, and activities to support product and business decisions.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, advisors, design, architecture, engineering, data, QA, operations, and offshore delivery teams.
• Lead requirements workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, release readiness, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify and shape AI and Generative AI opportunities for advisors, clients, operations, and service teams. Use AI tools where appropriate for discovery, requirements analysis, prototyping, testing, documentation, and delivery acceleration.
• Support rapid prototyping using AI, low-code/no-code, analytics, or design tools and demonstrate an understanding of AI-first SDLC and responsible AI practices.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-functional coordination, including teams operating across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Provide strong wealth management domain context and clear functional direction to engineering teams.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience across Product Management, Product Ownership, Consulting, Business Analysis, or related product delivery roles
• 5+ years of relevant Wealth Management / Financial Services experience
• Strong hands-on understanding of Portfolio Management and Wealth Management
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW or Private Wealth businesses strongly preferred
• Experience with SQL, Excel, BI, analytics, or data exploration tools
• Experience working with technology and engineering teams in an Agile delivery environment
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore teams
• Ability to combine domain knowledge + product ownership + delivery/program management + technology awareness
