Interim Human Resources Advisor

We're supporting a Hunter Adams client in Aberdeen with the recruitment of an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join the business on a 10-month contract, working 15 hours per week - 1 day remote and one day onsite.

This is a standalone, generalist HR role, providing day-to-day HR support and partnering with managers across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions.

The successful candidate will be confident managing a broad range of HR activities independently, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving HR best practice in a flexible, part-time position.
