• Working Capital & Cash Flow Optimization
• Financial Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
• ERP & Digital Finance Transformation
• Costing, Manufacturing Finance & Commercial Excellence
• MIS, Analytics & Leadership Reporting
• Investor, Auditor & Banking Relationships
• Team Building and Finance Capability Development

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.

Required Skills

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, precision engineering, or allied industries.
• Strong exposure to treasury, project finance, costing, budgeting, ERP implementation, and business partnering.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to work hands-on in a fast-growing organization.
