Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive candidate acquisition and revenue growth for BorderPlus' international career programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech Sales, Career Counselling, Study Abroad, or Skilling Programs, along with a passion for helping candidates build global careers.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate goals and recommend suitable international career programs.
  • Provide career counselling on international career pathways, training programs, and placement opportunities.
  • Drive lead conversion and candidate enrollments for BorderPlus programs.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a target-driven environment.
  • Update and track the lead pipeline, candidate interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve the candidate experience and conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Study Abroad, or Skilling Programs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience handling high-volume leads and phone-based sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for education, career counselling, and global career opportunities.
