Full Stack Developer (backend focus) with Security Clearance

Full Stack Developer (backend focus) Remote Blu Omega is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a federal program focused on mission data analytics. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for building modern, secure, cloud-ready applications and backend services. The position requires experience supporting enterprise mobile solutions, API development, cloud integration, and secure, scalable application design across a mission-driven environment.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services supporting native iOS and Android applications
• Build full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, and TypeScript
• Develop backend components supporting mobile integration, offline synchronization, secure authentication, and data exchange
• Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable services for mobile and web applications
• Integrate solutions with Azure, AWS, and other cloud environments, including serverless services and secure cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with mobile teams to ensure API versioning, dependency management, and seamless integration
• Implement authentication and authorization patterns supporting enterprise environments
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps activities, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, recommending improvements to architecture and performance
• Work with multidisciplinary teams in Agile development processes, including design, code reviews, and technical discussions Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack solutions including front-end, backend, and API layers
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, or microservices
• Experience integrating backend services with native or enterprise mobile applications
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, or Python
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or similar
• Strong understanding of secure authentication, mobile data patterns, and scalable architectures
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL technologies
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing serverless solutions using Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of mobile-aware architecture, offline synchronization, and API versioning
• Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and secure deployment practices
• Experience modernizing enterprise or government systems used across native iOS and Android platforms Compensation Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
