Work hours are standard 8h/day and 5 days a week.
· Windows desktop engineer – End user support (200 users in one location)
· Software support (MS office) – installation and user support
· Service requests & Incident via ticketing systems
· Desktop/laptop/printer setup/config/replacement/ troubleshooting.
