Job Description

We are looking for a PostgreSQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain database solutions and healthcare data integrations across internal and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PostgreSQL database development, complex SQL, performance tuning, ETL, data migration, and database integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop key database modules and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain PostgreSQL databases and database objects.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to support seamless data integration and interoperability.
• Analyze functional requirements and technical specifications and implement effective solutions.
• Design, develop, and test database applications and integrations.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance and data integrity issues.
• Support ETL processes, database integrations, and data migration activities.
• Provide accurate estimates for design and development efforts.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and related artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting PostgreSQL databases
• Strong experience in database design and data modeling
• Experience with query optimization and performance tuning
• Strong SQL development skills
• Experience writing complex SQL queries
• Experience with stored procedures, functions, and views
• Experience with database integration
• Experience with ETL processes
• Experience with data migration activities
• Full-time professional experience in Information Technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle databases
• Experience working in an Agile development environment or similar fast-paced environment
