Job Description

Lead UX/UI Designer - Digital Transformation, AI Automation, Figma - Membership

Leading UK Membership organisation with a reputation for excellence and invocation, urgently require a Talented Lead UX/UI Designer to help them with a key Digital Transformation on the customer journey

Your role will involve:

  • Creating, designing, documenting & communicating the digital design system in Figma and associated design tools
  • Establishing an automated DesignOps process with an AI toolset for seamless handoff between design, product and engineering teams.
  • Oversee the redesign of core Membership acquisition journeys and paywalled services.

To be Considered

  • You will be an experienced Digital UX/UI Designer (ideally with membership organisation experience)
  • Experience in key digital design using Figma, GA4, Hotjar
  • Experience in Automation and AI
  • Redesign of membership acquisition/customer journeys
