POSITION EPMO Process Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, business process management (BPM), or operations optimization within a large-scale or cloud infrastructure environment.
• Proven experience establishing, refining, or maintaining process governance within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
• Strong expertise in process mapping and modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and proficiency with process documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence).
• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex technical workflows and implement measurable efficiency improvements across distributed teams.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean, CBPP, PMP) are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, facilitating, and stakeholder management skills with a history of driving change across multi-disciplinary teams.
