Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant with mandatory Blue Yonder SCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization) experience to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of advanced supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, and Blue Yonder Cognitive IBP implementations, along with deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes and enterprise solution delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP solutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather business requirements and document planning processes.
• Design scalable supply chain planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP modules.
• Define planning calendars, hierarchies, measures, and integration touchpoints.
• Coordinate with data, integration, and technical teams for interfaces and data migration.
• Support solution validation, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and value realization.
• Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Recommend process improvements, roadmap planning, and supply chain best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.

Required Skills:

• 10–15 years of IT experience.
• 8+ years implementing Blue Yonder/JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP solutions.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Expertise in:
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Supply Planning & Scheduling
  • Inventory Optimization
  • S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Strong understanding of planning models, control parameters, and scenario simulations.
• Experience with Blue Yonder data model, planning engines, workflows, and batch jobs.
• Knowledge of advanced planning concepts including constrained planning, allocation, deployment, and planning analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodology and enterprise solution delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Blue Yonder/JDA SCPO certification is preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Ability to lead global cross-functional teams and executive-level discussions.
